Some of the types of jobs for disabled people that they can work include working in the office, working outside, and maybe even working for yourself. One place you can start looking for jobs is through GettingHired. This website is geared towards getting businesses connected to disabled people. The site is free for potential employees who want to sign up. You can also check with federal or state governments to find out the types of jobs that they have. Usually governments give preference to disabled people when they are hiring. Check USAjobs for open federal positions that you can apply to. For those disabled people that cannot leave home, there are also some jobs you can do from home. For example, you could apply for a telemarketing position or a customer service representative.
